- This online course addresses change and configuration management. Particular emphasis of this course is placed on ITIL, CobiT, MOF and ISO17799. This course equips participants with an integrated and practical application of both systems development methodologies and IT services. It considers agile, RUP and Microsoft Solutions/Operations Framework for the system development. It also explores the Information Technology Information Library Foundation and Services as well as Common Objectives for Information and related Technology COBIT). The integration occurs as both systems development and IT support are addressed in the same course.
