There are three things you need to do:

1. You need to register with TAPUniversity.
2. We also need to you to commit to ensuring confidentiality of content and conversations that occur
3. Finally, we need professionalism and respect in how we interact with each other. There are opportunities for intense and in depth coversation (even debate). Let's do that with respect of the person and debate of the opinion.
